For some reason when I publish a project and then click on the View Project, it will open a browser window and the frame of the view appears but then just spinning. I got the same issue when I go into the folder and click on the story.html file.
I did upload the course into an LMS system and it ran fine but not from my computer. I tried to open in all browsers and I get the same issue.
thanks for the response Leslie, I was unaware of the issue viewing from my hard drive as it worked previously. There was an issue with an update to Storyline which prevented our content from working in our LMS provider so we had to revert back to a previous version until this was fixed but I never upgraded.

Due to various browser restrictions, we do not recommend viewing the published content on your local machine. You can read more about this here.
You mentioned that it's published for LMS, so I'd be sure to upload to your LMS and test the content there as your learners will.
I also wanted to mention that your version is from December 2017. We are currently on Build 3.30.19518.0 and you can read all of the details here.
