Voice recording Sep 16, 2019 By Carol Jackson For the past 2 days I have not been able to record a voice over - it says 2 seconds to record, but it just hangs at 1 second. Is there anything I can do to resolve this?

Windows might not recognize your recording device. Follow the steps in this article to make sure! Second, are you working on your local drive?
