Voice recording

For the past 2 days I have not been able to record a voice over - it says 2 seconds to record, but it just hangs at 1 second.  Is there anything I can do to resolve this?

Hi Carol!

There are few reasons why this is happening! Let's get you squared away!

First, it could be a microphone issue. Windows might not recognize your recording device. Follow the steps in this article to make sure!

Second, are you working on your local drive? If not, there is a chance the audio doesn't have a save location.

Lastly, a simple repair could do the trick!
