Voiceover Issue in Storyline Output

Hi,

I have created a module in Articulate Storyline which is a very regular module having voiceover slides and its published output is running well in our network both online and offline.

The issue that we found is that when the published file is shared with the client, only one slide having swf embedded in it comes out with an audio while all the remaining normal slides are playing well but mute.

I tried these steps but still could not figure out the issue:

1) Matched and equalized the bitrate of the normal slide audio with the flash audio.

2) Changed the audio file format to mp3 and wav.

Please help us in rectifying the issue as this is getting serious.
