So a user is having trouble with one of my courses. When they attempt to load a lightbox containing a webobject the lightbox shows just a grey box. The lightbox should be displaying an embedded PDF.
There is a popup asking them to "enable content", which when selected reloads the page they are on and starts the course over again.
They are using Internet Explorer for this.
What is going wrong here and is there a way I can help the user move forward with the course? Here is what they see:

Sorry, the popup is not "enable content", it is "Allow Blocked Content"
Hi Jackson!
The user should be able to correct this with Internet Explorer 'Internet Options'.
The webpage says:
"The Blocked Content is a security feature of Windows XP Service Pack 2. If you do not have SP2 installed, then you will never see this message."
The person experiencing this issue is using Windows 7, not Windows XP. Would the solution still be the same as described in the link you posted?
Thanks!
It should be Jackson - I simply used that page as a reference more than anything.
If anyone in the community has any experience, they are welcome to chime in.
Thanks Leslie!
