I want to give learners 3 scenarios and 3 courses of action. Learners should match each action to a scenario. The problem is that each box needs a different amount of text and the font size looks all crazy. Everything says Georgia 16 but it all looks different.
Thanks for sharing those screenshots. To keep the boxes the same size to ensure that users can't guess just based on that, the font size gets smaller and the text keeps wrapping.
There isn't a way to change that element right now, but it could always be a feature request! We're continuously exploring new features and customer input is extremely valuable in that process. What is the point of having a functionality that makes your output look childish and unprofessional. Isn't it silly that a format option is unavailable for the matching drag and drop.

Great question.
Those shapes for this type of graded question are fixed, so the text will adjust to fit within the space and that's why it will appear differently.
A free-form drag and drop may give you a bit better flexibility and hopefully others in the community will chime in to assist.
