What does the lock image on the SL2 icon indicate?

Today I downloaded the trial version of SL2 and am noticing that the file icons on some files have a lock icon on them. What does this signify? For a bit a background, I have SL1 installed, I also have/had the SL2 Beta installed but that seems to have been overwritten by the SL2 Trial. What's the deal?

Hi Brett,I can't say I've seen that on my own files - but I wonder, is the course with the lock open in Storyline and therefore indicating its in read only mode if you tried to access it?

No, that doesn't seem to be the case. Here is a shot of the folder. The large Articulate icon is the file that is open. All the others are closed. Very odd.
I think this is a Windows 7 thing. Not sure if it happens in 8 or not. Do a Google search and you should find an answer on how to remove the lock.

Are you able to open those other ones with the lock icon or are you seeing an error message when trying to access them?
