What is a question bank?

Hi there,

I have made a piece of eLearning which is finished.

However I have made a quiz on powerpoint to attach to the end of the eLearning. 

Should I use the question bank to import the quiz into eLearning?

I am struggling to get the eLearning to link to the question bank.

If I am not supposed to use the question bank for this sort of thing, what is it usually used for?

I have attached a picture of the question bank if that helps.
