As far as I know, we don't have any official plans for an Android player just yet.
This has definitely been a popular request - I've seen a lot of posts throughout the forums, too. If you haven't already, you may want to consider submitting a feature request as well.
Also, you may want to subscribe to the Word of Mouth blog and follow us on Facebook and Twitter. Any official announcements and official release dates will be shared through those sites.
