You "click" a button on a PC-delivered course. You "tap" a button on an iPad-delivered course. But what if you are doing a course that plays on both? What verbs are you using for your instructions?
I have not created a course like that but I think you can retain 'Click' itself... because when somebody uses iPad, he/she knows that 'To Click' means 'To Tap'.
But someone using a PC wont quickly relate 'Tap' to 'Click'.

I use "Select." It's also a good 508 word.
