I have this issue with regards to publishing my content from Storyline 2.
I need to publish my content to Word for professional purposes, but if I try to do so, the file generated is simply empty. The odd thing is that the process works, I get no error messages. I even get the prompt message that says your publishing was completed. Except when I click on open document nothing happens, and if I click on open file I find that it is empty.
I have no issues publishing to the web, all the files appear in the folder as expected. This problem persists however for the Word publishing.
Any idea on how to fix this issue promptly would be very much appreciated!!

Has this happened with other files as well? You could try importing the file into a new one and see if it will publish. Also, you may want to follow the steps here if the issue persists.
