When previewing and publishing project, the titles ontop of the video MP4, don't show up if I stop, pause or playagain. They are there at first when I first view the show all the way through.
Is there anyway to lock the titles and video together so that if the viewer wants to go back and forth to re-visit the titles, will show and by synced?
I tested this locally but and zipped and unzipped the package on my local C drive but are you saying that I should put them on the server where our LMS will pick up the link?
It is best to upload the zip files to a web server or the LMS to view the published output. Sometimes local security settings can cause issues when viewing locally.

Are these titles in the MP$ themselves, or are they added as a text box in the slide?
Also, are you testing this locally or in its intended environment?
