I am working on a Storyline project wherein I have to insert two videos (mp4 files created using Camtasia) and also include 2 assessment questions (using Storyline). The questions come in between both the videos. There are no other slides in the project. Although everything works fine, the videos do not appear full screen, white bars appear on top and bottom of the screen. I tried changing the aspect ratio, but it didn't help. Please could you suggest if I need to change any other setting or are there any special tips and tricks to follow while inserting mp4 files?
