I have published a course for a hospital to run on their point of care system, the issue is that the course launches the first time then all subsequent attempts result in a blank white screen. This same issue happens locally on my machine, I have published other courses for them that run smoothly but for some reason this one course continues to be problematic, I need some urgent advice please.

Hey Greg, let's get to the bottom of this!
First, what version of Storyline are you using? You can find this detail by going to the Help tab, then About Storyline.
Next, is the published content hosted on the web? Have you tried uploading it to a web server or a learning management system?
