I have had a few users who cannot run a published course to LMS. Only a few people have this issue where when they launch the course the screen is a black screen with this large play button that doesn't even work (can't click anywhere on the screen). I've attached a screenshot. Now this has happened to just a few users and the mass majority users are fine and can run the course with no issue. We've tried different browsers with no luck and restarting their computers with no luck.
Some web browsers, such as Google Chrome and Safari, no longer allow audio and video content to autoplay, so we added a play button to allow the learner to play the media. You can read more about that here:
It sounds like only a certain amount of users aren't able to use the play button. Are you able to narrow down any related reasons between those users? For example, are they on the latest version of the browser? You can review our system requirements for browsing to check:
