White screen when playing or pausing SCORM

I uploaded my SCORM file to our LMS, and test users have been reporting a "white screen" where audio resumes but video player whites out. I cannot replicate the issue nor can I figure out what is causing it. 

Perhaps on a similar note, if users pause the SCORM file for "too long," the video player screen goes white as well. 

Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue, but I'm happy to help troubleshoot. First, I'd like to ask a few clarifying questions.

  • Is this happening for all users or only some? Have they tried viewing the course in a different browser?
  • What LMS are you using?
  • Have you tested your course in SCORM Cloud? If your course doesn’t work at SCORM Cloud, we'll be happy to review your project file! We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete. If the course plays expected, the issue is likely related to your LMS, and I'd recommend reaching out to your provider.
