Window Configure & Missing Fonts

I am receiving these error message consecutively every time I open Storyline.

Message One:

Please wait while Windows configures Storyline 360.

  • I have to hit "IGNORE" 10-12 times to open the course.

Message Two follows immediately after :

Could not register fonts.  Verify that you have sufficient permissions to install fonts and that the system supports the font.

Hi Missy,

I'm sorry for the trouble with the error messages! If you're already working on your local drive, this error may point to an installation issue with Storyline, so try running these steps to fix it.

If the problem persists, I recommend running Storyline as an administrator by right-clicking on its shortcut and selecting "Run as administrator." You may need to contact your IT team for assistance if you're not an administrator in your machine. You'll need admin access to install fonts.
