Windows resolution changes when I run Storyline 2

Hi, I was using Storyline 2 trial version for a while and tried to enter serial number yesterday but I've received the message to update flash player which I did but nothing happened.  Then I uninstalled the software, downloaded the latest version of Storyline 2 on 4th of February, installed and activated it.

The problem is when I run the software it changes the resolution of the monitor to a very low resolution and if I change it back to a normal resolution, Storyline 2 cannot work well and keep blinking (black screen comes continuously) if I insert a file, preview or switch to other slides...

The worse part is when I switch on my laptop today and run Storyline 2 it didn't work and a message for system configuration came up then the message as I attached here.

I reinstall the software again and it's working with the resolution issue now :(

As I check all of the drivers as well as soft-wares, I assume there is something missing with Storyline, Please, please, please help me to find it out.

Hi Sarah,

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've run into and I'm glad you were able to find the update for Storyline that resolves an error associated with the update of Flash Player 16 as detailed here. 

In regards to having to continually reactivate or reinstall - that sounds like something we'd want to have you connect with our Support team about so that we could fine out more information about your system and set up. 

Lastly, the resolution issue is connected to the fact that Storyline needs to operate with a DPI of 96 as described here.
