Workday and Storyline 360 x 64 bit version

Hi there all,

I have recently created a SL 360 course using the new x64-bit version. The course contains two games. 

I tested the published course in our Workday LMS sandbox environment as well as in the SCORM LMS and all worked 100% perfectly. However, received a query from a user (who knew about the games) saying they never received the games while doing the course? 

Has any one had an issue like this recently with the SL360 x64-bit. I want to try and eliminate possibilities and whether this could be a Workday issue.
