I was wondering if anyone can tell me what the difference in the published files ready to be uploaded to an online elearning platform for Rise vs Storyline is. I have used xAPI, track course completion as the tracking method for both, but somehow, the same course I uploaded in Rise then the eLearning platform will register, track and complete, but for the storyline version, published straight into the eLearning platform doesn't track or recognise the completion. What am I missing?
To test if the behavior you're experiencing is LMS specific, you can try testing how your Storyline 360 course behaves when uploaded to a different LMS such as SCORM Cloud. You'll want to make sure that you're publishing your course correctly for xAPI as detailed here:
If your course doesn't track or register completion in SCORM Cloud, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at the behavior. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
