XML file issue

I have to confess, I do not know how this error occurred, or how to resolve it, but the "imsmanifest.xml" file within a published Storyline 2 package has two titles in it, and one is wrong (highlighted in attached file).  How did it get there, and how do I fix it?  Is it as simple as re-publishing it? Would that kind of error just occur during publishing, and not buried somewhere in the Storyline file itself? Please reply ASAP as I need to get this corrected today if possible. Thanks.
