I have a project that I created in Storyline with a few articulate engage files. I had successfully posted this course to our LMS and was asked to make a very small edit. I have made the edit and saved the revised course. I zipped the file and when I try to extract the files to test the course, I receive a prompt asking for passwords for files. I have never seen this before. If I click "skip file" another comes up and then another. I never set any passwords so I'm not sure how to fix this.
Hmm, that's the first of heard of something like that happening. You're following these basic rules, yeah?
Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names.

How did you zip the file? If you're not already, I'd recommend using the built-in zip function that you're offered after the publish completes.

Yes that is how I am zipping the file. I have published many and never had this issue. I am publishing to LMS and zipping the file from there.
