I have zoom regions in a project that were working fine but all of a sudden, they are no longer zooming to the correct position when I preview. Instead they are zooming to another part of the screen, even though I have placed the zoom region over the area of the screen that I wanted.
Hi Mark! This is not an issue that I'm familiar with. Would you be able to share your .story file for us to take a look at. If you cannot share here in the forums, you are welcome to share here privately.
This has happened again on another project I am working on. Not sure why it keeps happening. Storyline has been reinstalled and the project is saved locally. I have been previewing the project throughout the development and it has been fine until today. Is this a bug?
This has happened to me as well. Once I figured out that this was due to turning off the menu features (from your troubleshooting) my work around was to recheck the Next Button box on the slide menu settings and then a trigger (Change State of Next Button to Hidden) on the slide to maintain the zoom functionality. It seems to work.

I have now been able to replicate this problem. It happens when I turn off the all the features such as menu, resources etc. in the player settings.
Does this affect anyone else?
Hi Mark,
Do you have a slide that is set up so that we could take a look at any settings and behavior you're using?

Hi Jodi,
I don't see that Mark shared his file here - so if you're able to share an example with us, we'd be happy to take a look.
