I just converted an existing Presenter 9 project. The audio shows in the audio editor, and will play in the audio editor. However, if I preview the project, no audio plays. If I publish, no audio plays. My file path is less than 260 characters. I'm stumped. Anyone have an answer?
Please make sure that you're working with local project files:
Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names (this includes spaces and underscores).
If that doesn't help, are you able to export the audio from your project?
If so, does the audio play properly once it's been exported? If it does, try importing that audio into your original project and see if it works while previewing and/or after publishing.

Thanks!
Turns out it is a bad install of the product. I have it installed on another computer and it worked just fine. Thanks for your help!
Thanks for the update Michael!
Glad to hear that, Michael! :)
