About quiz option

Hi everybody
A question about quiz today 
I have a quiz with 10 questions, simple, only multiple choices...
At the end of the quiz, i need a page of score but DURING the quiz i don't want to have "good answer" or "bad answer" after each question.....How to do that ?

Hi Eric,
Is this what you are looking for (assuming that you are using Storyline).
It is the Feedback option in the Question.
