Applying variables in bulk?

Hi all
I have a relatively big project to develop and I want to make sure I tackle this wisely.
Here is what we want to achieve:
- users select their job title at the beginning (we have 4 variables)
- in dialogues later we have speech bubbles that need to appear with a different colour, according to their job titles:
- I wonder if there is a way to say on the slide: change the state of all the bubbles with one trigger only?
- If not, I have to create a trigger for each bubble x 4.
Any suggestion on how to approach this?

Hi Helene
because each speech bubble is it's own object unfortunately I don't see how you could do a bulk change with one trigger.
I would be using the variable from job title slide to change the state of the colour of the bubbles on subsequent slides.'
Attached is a rough sample.
Hopefully someone can chime in with a better option for you.
Hi Wendy and thank you for the quick reply.
That is what I was doing and I found it's more time efficient to create 4 layers and use the appropriate colours for each set of bubbles rather than having a trigger for each shape. Too bad we can't do bulk triggers!
