Articulate License Expiration

May 13, 2021

Developers within my organization request a license from our Articulate license bank. Recently I've been receiving notification that some have not signed in for a period of time. I even had an instance where a requested license expired, however I'm unaware of the timeframe that triggers these notifications. How long is a license dormant before a, "hasn't logged in," notification is sent? How long before a license request expires? Thank you.

Hi Lolita,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing.

I'm not sure what an Articulate license bank is. Is that something within your organization or perhaps the reseller that you work with? Do you have a screenshot of the "hasn't logged in" notification you mention?

We have a "bank," if you will, of 100 licenses that are assigned upon request. When we received the licenses we received requests by some who never logged in after the request was sent. At this point I've started receiving notification that some of the users have never accepted their access invitation and I've had one person whose access invitation expired. I am just wondering what the timeframe is around the notification that a request has not been accepted and the actual expiration of the invite. I hope that's clearer! Your post addresses the expiration question perfectly!
