Hi: Is there a current issue with Rise? Didn't receive notification. I can't replace an image in Rise - A red block appears saying "Bad Request" - have never seen that before.
Hi Brenda! Rise 360 images are working well on my side. Try deleting the image block and closing the Rise 360 browser tab. Reopen the course, and add the image block again. Let me know if that solves it!
Hi: I have tried both Firefox and Chrome. Deleted all history, etc. I even moved the image files from the network drive to my desktop. But, I was just changed to Windows 10 and used the Snip and Sketch tool to create the image - that's what did not work. I recaptured with the old Alt Print screen and it uploaded.

I'm curious – do you know what time of image file you created with the Snip and Sketch tool? Was it PNG, JPG, or something else?
PNG.
I normally use JPG and that is what I landed up uploading.
Good to know, Brenda. PNG is definitely an acceptable image file type, so I wouldn't expect you to have any trouble uploading that.
