I need to send a course out to a group of 100 individuals. I do not want to give LMS access to these users so instead thought it may be a good idea to publish the course for articulate review and send the link to the participants.
I do not need to be able to track completion or record data, its simply an FYI module. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this may not be a good idea? Will multiple users be able to access this link at any given time without issues? I will also be disabling comments.

You can do a web publish and then upload the course to amazon AWS. Then you can share the course link to them.
Below is the instruction for it.

Multiple users will be able to use the link, I don't think Review was ever setup as a delivery tool and may have performance issues
I agree with this, seems as though publishing for web and hosting on your own web server or on another service would be a suitable solution.
Thanks everyone, my first thought was to publish for web but our IT dep advised not achievable to upload to server in short time frame...
I might try them again
