Articulate Storyline Programmer Opportunity

Purpose & Objective:

Develop e-Learning products for classroom and distributed training utilizing Articulate Storyline. Programs e-Learning lessons following the storyboard created in the design process.  Position requires multimedia development experience to work in the area of courseware development.  Position will work along with a Project Manager, Instructional Designers, Content Technical Authorities, and other team members to develop the courseware.  Programs e-learning lessons following the storyboard created in the design process utilizing various authoring tools. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

·Use Storyboards to assemble text, graphics, animations, sound files and video provided by others team members, into the desired delivery form

·Using authoring systems; develop programs that facilitate e-Learning creation

·Programs Job Aids, Assessments, and modules for use on LMS or standalone intranet systems that are SCORM compliant.

·Creates Databases, and constructs reporting mechanisms used for student tracking.

·Preparing asset thumbnails, file management and uploading content to repository.

·Debugs programs following Alpha and Beta tests 

Education & Training:

·3 to 5 years’ experience in using Articulate Storyline

·Proven proficiency in Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) Compliance.

·Experience and or certification in the following authoring tools a plus.

·C++

·Java & Java Script

·Direct X

·Unreal Game Engine

·Microsoft. Net Framework

·Microsoft Office M0dels

·Action Script

·Lectora Inspire

·Captivate

·Flash

·Visual Basic

Experience:

·Must have developed and packaged a minimum of 4 computer-based training or web-based "training courses" within the last 4 years.

·Must have experience in performing the following Articulate functions

o   Programming Rollovers and Layers

o   Using Variables

o   Integrating Narration

o   Build and use templates

o   Variable (randomized) Assessment Integration

o   Using Popups

o   Build a neat exciting youthful interface using trackers
