I have been exporting videos out of after effects using media encoder to h264 low bitrate before importing into articulate. Even though the videos are pretty short, they are lagging at the start - the audio plays but video takes 3-5seconds to catchup.
Can someone advise if there is a better method for exporting videos from aftereffects ?
I have tried turning off articulate compression and keeping it on

Please let me know if you worked something out with After Effects. It tells me the video I upload has the 'wrong format'.
I have been exporting it from After Effects directly and as well exporting it from Media Encoder.
I am trying to understand why the message pops up.
