I'm getting an error message when I try to open an example from the downloads page. I get the error "This project uses features that are not available in this version of Storyline. Please upgrade to the latest version in order to open this project." I am using Storyline 360 and no updates are available, so I'm at a loss. I have downloaded other examples with no difficulty. Any suggestions?

I am trying to download on this site from Downloads>Templates>Storyline>Tourist Attraction Interaction. https://community.articulate.com/download/storyline-360-tourist-attraction-interaction It's been downloaded by 134 other people, so I'm not sure what the issue is. I've had the same problem on some other downloads as well.

I'm on the same version as you and also got the message.
I suspect Phil may have used the Beta version of SL360 to create this which would have features and functions not yet released.
Click on his profile pic on the download page and send him a quick message to confirm.
