Changing the Triggers on how the course progresses

I am a newcomer to Articulate Storyline.  I have created two trainings so far.  One of my courses progresses to the next slide when the user clicks the Next button.  For the second, I set the Trigger to automatically progress when the Timeline ends.  I want to change the second one to progress when users click the Next button, but when I deleted the original Trigger and added the new one, the presentation is still automatically progressing when the Timeline ends.  Do I have to go under Player and "reset the Player"?  Thanks.
