Course not completing in LMS - final status is In Process not Complete

I have been building short courses with quick quiz at the end (5 questions) and everything seems to work as needed when I finish the quiz except in both my LMS and on Scorm Cloud the outcome is 'in-process,' not pass, when I successfully complete the quiz at 80%. Is there anyway to have someone check my work to see I haven't set something up incorrectly? I think this is back end and wondering if someone at Articulate could test it to see why the course does not register as complete? The course is set up for 2 tries. I would like to use it as a template for other courses so hoping we can figure it out! NOTE: I just tested the original, unadjusted, results slide just in case and it also came out in SCORM Cloud as incomplete result even though I passed the quiz. Thanks for any help you can provide!

I have not taken the entire course, but there are a couple things that I think might be happening. I have a feeling it has something to do with the "Reporting and Tracking" settings when you are publishing a course. I would double check those to make sure they are in order.
