Course not working on iPad or iPhone (both iOS 10)

I finished building my first course in Storyline 2 and it will not work on the two mobile devices I have to test it on. I am wondering if it could be an issue of file size (372 mb). I removed the video content, uploaded it to YouTube, reinserted it as web objects and it did not change the file size.
I have published it using HTML5 and again using both HTML5 and Articulate player. I have uploaded it to our LMS (Moodle) and TempShare and on the iPhone and iPad it only shows a blank frame with the course menu on the side. The published version using Ariticulate player just keeps asking me to download the app without ever opening the file.
Any ideas as to next steps? Thanks in advance!

Hi there Ellen - I'm so sorry to hear of the trouble you're having! Can you please open a case with our support team so they can take a look? Here's the link: https://articulate.com/support/contact/case
Ellen: It's not uncommon for courses to play wonkily on iPad. Opening a case is the way to go.
Thanks very much, case submitted!
Are your videos still in the published package even though they're no longer in the course?
You'll find these in the story_content directory.
I am having the same issue with the iPad Articulate Mobile Player. I have SL2 and am on Update 11 yet every time I try to launch, it says it Cannot Launch Page. I even had a course with Update 10 put up on the Articulate Cloud a little while ago by the Articulate Support team and it had the same result. I have searched the community and done everything in this article that was relevant: https://articulate.com/support/article/articulate-storyline-2-content-wont-launch-in-the-articulate-mobile-player-on-ios-9-devices. Nothing is working.
The thing that finally solved the issue for me was this: https://articulate.com/support/article/unexpected-or-erratic-behavior-in-articulate-storyline-2
I submitted a case - I wish I'd done that a week earlier!
Well, you solved it. And that's something, Ellen. Nice work.
