Creating customer service training for the modern age!

Hi, community! I wanted to do a shout out to see if anyone has any thoughts on how to deliver customer service training for the younger retail demographic?

The default always seems to be running workshops and role play, but are there effective ways to deliver in an online space? We have a range of team members that age from 18 -mid 20s and currently access our training via an LMS. We have an Articulate subscription and love it and want to put it to great use.

I wondered if any of you out there have had any experience with really engaging training? Or managed to incorporate any other programs in conjunction with Articulate to help engage team members in customer training? I have been looking at Vyond and other similar programs to see what they can offer. Just wondering if I am on the right track!
