Customizable Video player? Also General advice getting started (Im New)

Hey everyone,  I'm currently working on a project that has allot of "show me" I am using the record screen feature as I'm using the same footage for the "Try me", Basically the project is the company i work for is asking for there security engineering course to be online, so it is very big big project and very content heavy, I was wondering what would be the best way to make a sort of similar to YouTube player with a full screen button (Dosent have to actually go full screen just fill up the slide) and a play and pause. Im semi new as i originally come from Web Design, But the company is in need of online training experience and keep going externally and if i can train up enough then we might be able to switch allot of this internally :) So also if there is any tutorials you could recommend (I have a lynda.com account if there is any on that).
