Exit button issue in iPad

Hi All,

 

Our vendor developed course in HTML and it's scorm 1.2 .

The issue we are facing is in iPad is that there is exit button which is not working in iPad.

 

They told me they have coded such a way that if course is opening in new pop up then exit button will close the course.

 

I m able to close the course using exit button but it's not same is iPad.

 

Exit button available in last slide is not working.does anybody knew what function need to add so that course will get close with completion??

Device name : iPad pro iOS 12.1.3

Course stnandard: scorm 1.2
