FDA Training for Oxygen Handling, et.al

I have a client who is looking for FDA (Food and  Drug Administration) approved training that can be purchased to be hosted on the client's LMS. The topics being searched for are:

• Oxygen handling
• Oxygen transport
• Oxygen trans filling
• Patient and employee safety (which would be how to train a patient on the hazards of oxygen use)

The reason the client wants to purchase the training is to consolidate it on their LMS and not have to link to a third party. So if any on the discussion board have or know of a source for this e-learning, please let me know.
