We are facing the following issue when using Flash files in Articulate course:
After inserting the flash files successfully in the ppt, we are unable to view the file in a Preview mode. Also, when we switch back to the ppt again, then the flash file disappears.

30 fps as2. Do your flash files need any other files to work e.g. xml. Are they stored on a network drive or usb? Are you moving the files after inserting (they need to stay where you linked to them)?
Are you inserting via the articulate insert flash movie (you cannot insert via the insert menu)?
It is common for the flash files to just show as a white shape is this what you mean by disapearing?
