Generate a Visual as an output of a Lesson

Aug 24, 2023

I am new to Articulate.  I would like to generate a one page output, based off of the answers to the questions I ask during the lesson.

My application would be best practice sharing.  I would prompt the participant for a series of responses.  The participant would tell me the details of the good idea that they put into practice.  Upon completion a file would be created.  The file would be a one page visual that could then be shared with the rest of the organization.

Can Articulate do this or is there a better application?

Hi Eric, I am not sure I understand your question exactly.
Do you want the participant to type in their idea into an e-learning module?
If so the following may help/give you some ideas of how this could be done in Articulate.
Output to email/print, or using google docs.

1. Print or email responses from an Articulate storyline (SL) module (there are many posts/threads on this, and some free downloads to easily figure the backend)

2. Embed google docs in SL  - screencast of how-to. (There may be more recent threads)  https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/embedding-google-docs-in-sl
