I've been working with Grassblade for a couple of days now. I haven't been able to show the content on the designated Lesson (or Topic). Every time that a piece of content is uploaded when trying to preview it returns an infinite loading screen (just like the one below). At this point, I have tried everything that comes to mind.
Hope any of you can help me with this issue. I'm open to trying anything.
Hi Thomas. Unfortunately, I don't have any personal experience with Grassblade, but I did find this older discussion thread that links to a number of discussions from other Grassblade users. It's a bit dated, but maybe there are some nuggets of wisdom in there for you.
As discussed and identified, the issue is because the content is published for Tin Can API (xAPI), however, a Learning Record Store was not configured.
A Learning Record Store (LRS) is a mandatory requirement for a Tin Can content.
