Help! Video as web object won't work

Can you share the video's URL here, so that someone can check?

How are you viewing the published course?

• Locally?
• LMS?
• Uploaded to web space?

Try altering the YouTube URL to 'https' instead of just 'http'.

Some LMS won't allow the video to play unless you do this.

Unfortunately I have tried changing the URL to https and it still isn't working.

I've just clicked the link you pasted above and the video is unavailable, perhaps this is the problem?

Also, just a note to say you might want to edit your last reply as it contains your email signature, this happens when you reply to a forum post directly from email.

Don't apologise for being new to this, I still ask for advice on these forums and I've been doing it for years!

I've used the full embed code from YouTube which seems to work when tested in SCORM Cloud LMS.
