Help with creating a multiple select from a chart of numbers

Hi: How do I create a multiple select quiz from a chart? I need the learners to select three options from the excel chart attached, and I cant figure out how to create this interaction. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Try the Pick Many Freeform Question type.

Thanks. I guess I dont know how to make the chart a pick many. Maybe I have to recreate the chart in the application and have each box be a potential answer?

See attached a quick example with three cells included in the Pick Many. I simply imported your screenshot and then overlaid some shapes. Hope that helps.
