From testing we’ve found that in both SCORM cloud and our LMS (LearnUpon), the correct answers for the quiz aren’t being registered appropriately. This is resulting in learners getting assigned a status of failed with a score of 0 even when they answer all questions correctly.
From out testing to date, we have uncovered that this problem is specific to the HTML5 version of the course, when the content is presented via Flash the issue isn’t present. Can you investigate why this is occurring across both platforms when the content is presented using HTML5?
I'm on the latest SL2 update 12 so testing for you might not render the same result. I'm just trying to track down some coding changes we did to force the LMS to display the html5 output so I can test for you.
