Hi, I'm wondering if someone can help me. I created a PowerPoint presentation with Studio and I hyperlinked shapes to hidden slides with content. When I view the presentation as a powerpoint all my hyperlinks work but when I publish it the hyperlinks no longer work. I'm I missing something? Is there a fix for this?
Hi Katie. Slides that are hidden in PowerPoint won't display in your published output. As a result, hyperlinks that jump to those hidden slides won't work. You can read more about supported hyperlinks here.
In terms of a workaround, you could just unhide those slides but then hide them in the course menu. Here's an article that walks through how to customize the player menu, including how to hide menu items, in Presenter '13.
