I am having trouble with my variables

Hi there,
I am having trouble with a variable I have created in my project.
I am creating a work safety tutorial that requires users to dress the workman in the right PPE.
As it is for kids/young adults you can't get it wrong. Innappropriate items snap back to their original position.
1. I have created a series of true/false variables that change when the correct PPE are dropped on to the work man. Up until this point it is working fine (I have insterted a refernce that shows all the variables changing to true)
2. I have added a trigger that shows the "Well done" layer when the timeline starts under the condition that all of the variables are true.
But it doesn't work. I have no idea what I have done wrong and any assistance would be much appreciated.

Hi Simone,
there is no project file, maybe it´s too big to upload. :) And I think the "when timeline starts" trigger is your problem. Try changing it into "when variable X changes to true" and create a new variable X which changes to true, when all object variables are true. Hope that isn´t explained too complicated. :D
