This position is with a local hospital system in Santa Barbara, California

We are looking for a creative instructional designer/developer to join our Organizational Development team to assist with posting training on our LMS, intranet, and in the future mobile devices.  We do some blended learning and you would be working with subject matter experts to assist in creating learning that works with adult (online) learning methodologies.  Currently we use presenter 09 although we are interested in using Studio 13 to integrate some video with PowerPoint so if you are up for the challenge please contact me.  A super plus would be someone that lives in the local area... but am open to talking to anyone.  Please be prepared to show some examples of your work.  You can contact me at scaputo at sbch dot org.  Please also reply to this posting in case our firewalls block your email as spam.
