We have delivered about 3 dozen Articulate courses to a client. The end users are located all over the world with different network speeds. I guess it must be the same story everywhere. The loading animation of Articulate courses takes some time to load. Till then there is only a blank screen. Many users gets frustrated at this screen and start calling the helpdesk saying "nothing is happening when I click on the course".
I have added an animated gif with the text "Loading the course, please wait.." to the lms/blank.html file of published Articulate course. This seems to be working well. But I would rather prefer a elegant preloader from Articulate that loads in blank.html.
Has anyone come across this issue before? What was your solution?

Odd -- I normally see a small preloader bar when I view Articulate presentations. Idea..Instead of a preloader, why don't you create a slideshow that ties in to your presentation which is comprised of jpg images. This way instead of a message, loading please wait, they are entertained until the training materials appear.
