Looking For a Storyline Consultant

We are a Learning Technology company based in Boston , MA with employees across the U.S. A number of our customers use Articulate and from time-to-time we need help to trouble-shoot items that require Articulate expertise. We need consulting help with an Articulate Storyline course that is being being published in SCORM format and is exhibiting the following behaviors:
1. Course Completion Status intermittently will not report back to LMS as complete or passed for bunches of learners.
2. Returning users attempting to resume where they left out will be brought back to a previous lesson and required to re-take preciously passed quizzes.
Experience resolving suspend data limit issues and working with long format courses with a large number of quizzes is ideal.
