Hi! Anyone familiar with Lumesse Learning Gateway? We've encountered 2 errors with out articulate project such as can't download resources (ms word/.doc) and completion does not communicate with Lumesse.
I'm not familiar with Lumess Learning Gateway, but did you try uploading your course to SCORM Cloud to see if you're seeing the same behavior? That's what we generally recommend doing to determine whether the problem stems from the course or the LMS. Here's an article that walks you through how to do that.
If the problem is coming from the LMS, you'll need to talk to your provider. If it's coming from the course itself, feel free to reach out to our support team.
